Yet again, senseless killing happens on school grounds...
Newton, Ct.,suffered a massive blow to the innocent spirit of their quiet town. Defenseless children gunned down in their "safe place". Their day probably started out like a day at my house. Getting kids up for school, making breakfast, finalizing school holiday party plans. The buzz of Christmas is in the air, with the ushering in of a cold front and kids chatter about they wanted to see under the tree as they make their way to school. Their "safe place", those parents as did I had no expectation that someone would forever change all Americans lives.
A lone gunman set on making people suffer as much as possible. What does that say about the mental and emotional state of that person. To have so much anger in them that they would carry out such a viscous and wrenching act that cut into the every soul of everyone directly affected by his acts. To cause so much heart ache and pain.
A person whose anger cause a caustic energy in his life. An energy seeking on destruction.
I pray for everyone affected by this tradgey. I pray that this never happens again. I pray, I just will pray and pray and pray...
