Its frying pan hot outside, and like I posted in an earlier blog. I can't deal with melting makeup. Its not a good look for me. So I tried out something so simple that any beginner at makeup could accomplish.
Pops of color using colored eyeshadow pencils and setting them with an accompanying eyeshadow colors along with a popping lip color.
Simple face cause, yeah its frying pan, hot and I am having skin issues nobody has time to make it worse.
Here is what's on my face
Eyebrows -Maybeline eyebrow pencil (drk. brown)-fill in brows
Black Radiance undereye color corrector (medium)-define brows
Lids-NYX eyeliner (black bean) -for winged eye, set with Loreal (936 blackened smokes using the black)
Placed above the winged eye & tear duct CoverGirl liquid line blast (lime), set with an accompanying eyeshadow from my ELF 100 palette.
Placed on lower lash line Maybeline Masterdrama(sapphire strength), set with an accompanying eyeshadow from my ELF 100 palette.
Lashes-Rimmel Lash Accelerator (black)
Face - L.A.Colors Mineralized face powder (ebony) & NYC smooth finish (translucent)
Lips -lined with NYX (prune)
Lip color- NYX (dollhouse pink)
Topped off with Milani crystal gloss (raspberry)
And done. This probably would take you 15 minutes.
This was Afrikah's Perspective
Stay blessed
