Final Fall Look | Beauty Blogger Inspired (@Beautysworld Emerald Eyes) Look | Becoming my own MUA

Yes, I know winter is beating down the door. However, it is still a great look for the season.

Per usual I was on YouTube doing what I do best, watching makeup videos. Then I watched  +Beautysworld Emerald Eyes video and was like wow that green looks amazing and got that bright idea that I could do an inspired look.

Here is my beginners/novice take on her makeup look. Let me say it is inspired, not an exact replica of her makeup look. I did not use the same makeup, tools or technique. This is my take on what I thought I could do.

Per my previous blog,I used Milani crystal eyez to add that bit of shimmer and sparkle to my lids. Since I did not use the same makeup products, but wanted the same effect.
For starters I used Black Radiance cream eyeshadow (eggplant) as an eyeshadow base. The cream shadow has a shimmer in it and it will help with the foil like quality I am attempting to go for. I blended out the harsh edges with a fluffy blending brush, this helps aid in allowing your eyeshadow look to have that gradient. Then I applied a natural matte brown eyeshadow as a transition color. To help warm up my crease I used NYX a blush (cinnamon)making sure to blend. For brow bone highlight I went more natural since I was doing a smokey green eye and I do not wear lashes. For that I used a peach eyeshadow from Black Radiance (urban) mini  eyeshadow quad .
For the eyeshadow I used WetnWild (Cool Cucumber. With the lighter green color in the first one third of my lids, and the darker green on the rest of my lids. Also I used a WetnWild (Lust)using the purple to help deepen my outer 'V' of my eye. I tight lined my eye with Physician's Formula kohl eye pencil (black) and Black Radiance mascara for my eyelashes.

Once I had my eye look complete the fun part began. Adding Milani's crystal eyes(Gorgeous Glowing)
, with a synthetic eyeshadow brush. I applied the product in patting motion. To the inner corner of my eye. Remember this is an inspired look I did not use the same products. To increase the intensity of the glitter wait a minute before applying another coat. Just like loose pigment glitter you need the product to set a little or it will be a big mess trust me I know.

After all the work I put into blending my eyeshadow look I decided to only put it in the inner third to take on the metallic characteristic of +Beautysworld Emerald Eye look. And that's about it .

To see how  the look is supposed to be check out +Beautysworld video. Her videos are amazing and her editing is sick. After that beginners check out my video
for my take, techniques, music, and most importantly showing you that it can be done.

Always remember you can wear Tom Ford, Bobbi Brown, YSL or M.A.C. but if you do not know how to properly apply that makeup you you will look like an high end fool.

Stay Blessed
