Look, at what I found during one of my recent retail therapy sessions at +Walgreens, Black Radiance Continuous Color Pigment. It is brand freaking new, and I have it. 
OMG, guys this is real good stuff. The pigment is finely milled and has a rich color quality. Do you see that shimmer , I think you can use it as a cheek bone highlight. Color swatched is Bronze from the Continuous Color Pigments. 
So you know I had to play with the pigment and do a makeup practice session. I found that the pigment is finely milled and easy for beginners to use. A little of this goes a very long way. In this makeup look I used it dry over eye shadow concentrating on the center of the mobile lid. I also placed it on the inner corner of my eye and along the lower lash line. Doing this brought light to my eye. Next time that I use this pigment I am going to spray my brush with E.L.F. makeup mist and then apply the pigment to my lids. I feel it should give me that foil effect, hopefully it will look gorgeous.
My final thoughts on this pigment. The color and quality of this product is amazing. The price point is sweet at $3.99 and most importantly it is beginner friendly.
