Why can't stores stock their shelves..
Earlier this week I went to my local Super Walmart to do the usual household and grocery shopping. While there I walked over to the makeup up aisles to see if they had the newest and latest I drugstore makeup brands. Especially with me watching so much YouTube makeup "Guru's" I wanted to try the Revlon Nearly Naked foundation.
When I walked over to the makeup section it looked as though some one's ghetto ass kids choose to unleash in the makeup aisle. The last Nearly Naked in my color was open..yuck.
Not only open foundations were in the aisles but pressed powders, lipsticks, nail polish, etc. It was nasty and to top that off the shelves weren't even stocked 0_o. Its like they don't want you to spend money in the store unless its high fat, sugar, and salt. Yeah they have that all stocked up.
The thing is it is every time I go into that store's makeup aisles it is the same way. Nasty as hell, its like the department manager and the store manager said the hell with this section nobody really is investing in this stuff. What kills it is the fact that a lot of the understocked makeup is for deeper toned women.
Makeup brands like Iman,Black Radiance, Black Opal, Loreal, Revlon, etc were looking tragic empty ass shelves. If I was the manufacturer of any of these brands I would be pissed out. To think this is how they treat our product disgusting. As a beginner at makeup it is comforting to walk in a makeup aisle that doesn't look like wild ass kids have ran all up and through there. Not some dirty, nasty something....Uggh, its not right.
Can the Super Walmart #331*, get it together please...ugh.
This was Afrikah's Perspective
Stay Blessed
